37th // Cypress is the second multiplex project in Lyndan’s portfolio. Situated on a 88 ft by 122 ft North facing lot in Shaughnessy Heights, this project is located in a family-oriented neighbourhood, steps away from Quilchena Elementary School and Point Grey Secondary School. The development is comprised of 4 separate buildings containing six 3-bedroom units. At the front of the site is a building containing two strata units in side-by-side duplex format as well as a separate, stand-alone, building containing a self-contained unit. At the rear of the site are 3 more units, programmed in a similar fashion. This project is expected to be completed in Q1 2027.
