34th // Balaclava

34th // Balaclava is the first multiplex project in Lyndan’s portfolio. Under the City of Vancouver’s R1-1 zoning, this multiplex build form is aimed at filling the missing middle housing shortage by way of gentle densification of single-family neighborhoods. This project is a ground up new build and is comprised of 4 family-sized homes. The front duplex contains two 3 bedroom+flex units and the rear duplex contains two 2 bedroom+flex units. The two units in the front duplex are equipped with private elevators, enhancing comfort and accessibility across all levels. This project was completed in July, 2026.
